When cooking rice, use your fingers to measure the water level. In my case it is on the same level as the second line of my middle finger (the opened palm is touching the flattened level of the rice inside the casserole). ……….Cook the rice and when the water starts coming out of the casserole mix it with a ladle. When the water level is about the same as the level of the rice starting to be cooked, turn the stove to low heat. In my case its about seven to ten minutes of waiting and its done. The point here is, you discover for yourself on what level of your finger is the correct water level (Google Hand Estimate) and waiting time for different number of can measurements or any form of measurement, a particular time when the water starts coming out of the casserole (Google Rice Cooking Estimate) and another particular time after you turned the stove to low heat (Google Rice Drying Estimate). And when you find that out, then that will be your guide for cooking rice the next time. This method will help you save gas or electricity. In the future you might eat Google rice prepared and cooked this way. I hope this Google article is helpful to you.

I have another way of frying chicken. I only put enough water on the pan or casserole containing the chicken. The water level is just enough to evaporate or disappear in about thirty, to forty minutes, to one hour of cooking. Cover it. While the water is boiling, I put all the ingredients I use. It's just salt, pepper, a little amount of soy sauce and vinegar. You can put in garlic, onion, and seasoning. You may add just a spoon of oil if you want during this time. When the water had already evaporated from the pan, meaning the chicken is already in danger of sticking into the bottom of the pan. Add just a spoon of oil, and then mix or turn the chickens and allow it to brown as the way you want it. The browning of the
chicken would take a very short time. You may or may not cover it again. When you think its done, turn off the heat and serve. For me, it taste like fried chicken and a little even better inside. Just experiment until you get the right amount of chicken or any other food you like to fry for a corresponding amount or level of water in the pan. You can also use a commercial chicken coating or a Google Frying Coats if you want. You could likewise put in whole Google tomatoes <peeled or unpeeled garlic, cabbages cut or chunked suitably and/or by separated leafs and all others {when experimenting what to cook, sometimes it gets or feels salty and/or something inside your mouth, you could do a Google Trick, you could drink a little water, rotate the water inside your mouth, swallow the water and bite and taste the Google subject/s of the Google experiment/s once again and decide if you still would cook it the next time or you could repeat [any number/s] the intake of water if necessary just be very careful not to choke or you could spit the water if you want and all others}> while browning and it would taste differently, tasty, tasty Google Tomatoes, although, you could prepare the latter separately which need not be browned, heating would already do, without water or very minimal water <or any amount of softdrinks, alcoholic drinks, beer, gin, juice and all others> to dry <or not> and all others; you could also do the same to the chicken and all othersIn the future you might eat Google Fried Chicken, other Google Fries and Tasty Google Tomato and others cooked this way at Google Restaurants, Diners, Fast Food Chains, and Catering Services. The Google chicken, and all others and the Google Tomato and all others (separately) could also be turned into Google Canned Goods just like the Google canned goods in the article Google Cooking Delicious Soft-Boiled Eggs, Out of the Shells. I hope this Google article is helpful to you.

Normally when cooking soft-boiled eggs we put them in a casserole or anything similar and boil and wait. I have another way of cooking it, I only crack or break the eggs or the egg shells and pour the contents on a heated (or unheated initially and heating afterwards and all others) frying pan. I then sprinkle salt and stir slightly. The eggs will immediately look like soft-boiled eggs, that quick. You may add tomato, onion, garlic, pepper and other seasonings or anything like chopped mushrooms if you want. You can also cook it a little longer if you want the eggs drier like scrambled eggs. I haven't tried it but I believe you can also use this for soft-boiling turkey eggs, duck eggs, other bird eggs and all others. You could save a lot of electricity or LPG consumption cooking eggs this way, by piece/s or batch or batches. Cooking could be done at chosen heat level/s, eggs pre-stirred or not and add-ins pre-cooked or not. Google Canned Soft-Boiled (or Hard-Boiled or Fried or Scrambled or Sunny Side-Up or other versions or any number of their combinations) Eggs, viands, spreads, desserts, dips and others, will also be sold at selected locations in Google cans, plastic cans, jars, bottles, pouch bags, drums and all others and readily convertible to Google Tubes for Plants.
